Admission Process
Follow these steps to complete your child's registration
Submit Application
Complete the application form and submit it to our admissions office with all required documents and the BD 20 application fee.
Evaluation Test
Receive an SMS notification with your child's assessment date. The evaluation helps us understand your child's developmental level.
Acceptance & Payment
Get results via SMS within 10 days. Complete registration and payment within one week of acceptance to secure your child's place.

Passport Photographs
Three (3) recent passport-sized photos
Student's CPR & Smart Card
CPR and Smart Card reports from CPR reader
Student's Passport
Clear copy of valid passport
Resident Permit
For non-Bahraini students only
Birth Certificate
Official birth certificate copy
Medical Records
Complete immunization and medical history
Parents' CPR & Smart Card
CPR and Smart Card reports from CPR reader
Parents' CV
Curriculum vitae for both parents
EWA Bill
Recent electricity bill as proof of address
Important Note
Application fee of BD 20 (non-refundable) must be submitted along with all completed documents.
Submitting an application form does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are subject to evaluation and availability.
Evaluation & Acceptance Timeline
Assessment Scheduling
After submitting all required documents, you will receive an SMS notification with your child's evaluation test date and time.
Results Notification
Parents will be notified of the assessment results within 10 days via SMS. This gives our team time to carefully review each application.
One Week to Complete Registration
Upon acceptance, sign the acceptance letter and pay registration fees, book fees, and other charges within one week to confirm enrollment.
Complete Registration Within One Week
Once accepted, parents must complete the registration by signing the acceptance letter and paying the registration fees, book fees, and other applicable charges within one week. Failure to do so will be considered as declining the acceptance, and the offer of place will be cancelled.

Terms & Conditions
Registration fee of BD 200 is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Preferred payment methods are Cash, Credit/Debit Card, or Benefit Pay at the Al Wisam Juniors Kindergarten counter.
Tuition fees must be paid before the start of each term to maintain enrollment status.
Fee payment options include termly installments, six-month installments, or full annual payment in advance.
Stationery and book fees (BD 95) must be paid along with the registration fee at the time of enrollment.
Sibling discount is available for families with multiple children enrolled and will be applied to the final term payment.
Sibling Discount
Families with multiple children enrolled receive a discount applied to the final term payment. Contact our admissions office for details.
